Gift Cards & Digital Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
PUMA CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to the following electronic and physical PUMA cards (collectively, “PUMA Cards”) purchased or issued at any PUMA retail store located in the U.S. or Canada, or online at us.puma.com or ca.puma.com:
- PUMA Gift Cards (including Digital Gift Cards)
- PUMA Merchandise Cards
- PUMA Promotional Cards
Please note that PUMA Gift Cards are the only PUMA Cards that can be purchased. PUMA Merchandise Cards and PUMA Promotional Cards are not available for purchase. PUMA Merchandise Cards will be issued by PUMA as part of Customer Service procedures and PUMA Promotional Cards may be issued from time to time for special promotional events and in accordance with the special terms and conditions that apply for such promotion.
REDEEMING PUMA CARDS
You can use your PUMA Card to pay for your items until its balance is zero. If your order total is less than the value of the PUMA Card, you can use the remaining balance at a later date. If your order total is more than the current balance on the PUMA Card, you can pay the remaining amount using a credit/debit card or PayPal, or additional PUMA Cards.
PUMA Cards are not credit or debit cards and are not rechargeable. PUMA Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
PUMA Cards cannot be used towards the purchase of a PUMA Gift Card.
PUMA Cards (excluding PUMA Promotional Cards) do not expire or decrease in value.
PUMA Cards cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase.
If you return an item(s) purchased with only PUMA Cards, you will be issued a new PUMA Card for the total dollar value of the return.
If you return an item(s) purchased with multiple methods of payment, the refund is first applied to alternative payment method (e.g. credit or debit card, cash, PayPal, etc.) up to the original amount charged to that payment method. For any remaining balance, a new PUMA Card will be issued to you.
In addition to these terms, PUMA’s standard Return Policy shall apply.
PUMA DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
PUMA Digital Gift Cards are valid as a purchase method on us.puma.com, ca.puma.com and at all PUMA retail stores located in the U.S. and Canada. Digital Gift Cards will be sent to your indicated email address within 2 hours of purchase, in an activated state and will be ready to use upon receipt. The email that includes your Digital Gift Card information should be saved, as PUMA is unable to resend lost emails. Any balance on a PUMA Digital Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, and no interest will be paid on any balance.
LOST OR STOLEN PUMA CARDS
PUMA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Cards, or for any unauthorized use. PUMA Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Treat PUMA Cards like cash.
PUMA reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold PUMA Cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, for incomplete order information or other violations of these terms and conditions.
CHECKING YOUR BALANCE
For balance inquiries and additional terms and conditions applicable to PUMA Cards visit giftcard.puma.com. For balance inquiries, you will need to enter your PUMA Card number and PIN. You may also check the balance on your PUMA Card directly at any PUMA retail store located in the U.S. and Canada.
Any remaining balance on a PUMA Card after purchase can be used for future purchases. PUMA Card balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (except where required by law), and no interest will be paid on any balance.
