With its signature T-toe construction and classic gum sole, this youth version features a soft grain leather base, a synthetic PUMA Formstrip, and suede overlays.

GO TWO DOWN FROM ADULT SIZING
I tend to buy big kids shoes because they’re usually less expensive. I’m 5.5 In women’s puma shoes and a 4.5 fits good in big kids.

The Palermo is awesome!
I love it. OK yeah I bought it in BIG Kids 6.5 so what! It fits just as great as womens 8 or mens 6.5. That's why I love the Puma brand. The size choices are great! It is so comfortable, different feel from the Rider. The Palermo is flat, not chunky...does not have the sneaker feel. I wonder if they can be made without laces though...hmm.
