Way to big

I really do love puma and I literally buy all my shoes from puma. I’ve never had a problem before. The men’s puma’s I bought were a whole size bigger for my husband then he wore as were the women’s puma’s I bought myself. I bought a size 6.5 but they fit my daughter who’s in a size 8 in women’s. I couldn’t wear them
