Awkward at first, amazing at the end.
Purchased an 11.5 size.
Initially i thought I should return them. The back heel of the shoe extends outward and it felt awkward to walk in them.
After a 45 minute HIIT workout, i have got to say that these shoes were very comfortable and provided excellent stability, especially for squats. These shoes are for workout and not to run. If you want a pair of shoes that do both do not buy. But if you want amazing support while working out these are the shoes you want.
