I read alot about these are narrow shoes but i dont find them any narrower than my Ghosts. They're snug and they keep my foot from sliding around.
As far as running, they are sturdy. Each stride is a confodent stride and i realize after I've run that I dont think about these shoes, which I think is the greatest compliment.
