I just read the prior review. I had the exact same experience. I ordered the hat in Myrtle (which is dark green by definition) and received a yellow/gold hat instead. The hat doesn't actually come in this color. I called and was sent a replacement and that was also gold instead of green. I called again and the customer service rep told me that there was a problem with the website. They promised a refund after I sent the hat back. I also have not received a refund. There is actually not a problem with the website. The actual tag on the hat says Myrtle but it's gold/yellow. So, the actual problem is that the merchandise is incorrectly labeled. So every time someone orders a myrtle hat, the order is filled with the mislabeled merchandise. It's too bad since this is a nice hat and I was looking forward to wearing it on my runs. I won't wear the gold.
Wrong color hat Green means Green Not Gold that is what you sent me twice I sent them back where is my (REFUND)!!!
