Great for running trainings
I got surprised how well those shoes go on running, as they look very simple.
They are suitable for beginners and technical runners. Thay have a lot of cushion on heel, but if you us it, you will feel that they push you forward.
I have used them on asfhalt, concret and earth ways and they went very well at all of them.
If you want to go fast, you will feel the forefoot area very bouncy and you will fell more comfortable on those speeds, under 6 min/km.
Price was great!

Comfort and Style - CUT above the REST!
I never doubt shopping on the website. I always find my right size. Shoes are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, whether you are standing or walking or jumping.

A great gym shoe
I've been wearing mine for about a month and half. They are very comfortable and stable for cross training type workouts, short runs, rowing, and most full body style movements (burpess, wall balls, etc.). They are stable enough for light weight squats or deadlifts and can be laced tight for a snug fit for sprints with enough cushioning and springback for short distance running of a mile or so (I haven't tried more than that at one time). I've been working out with them 3-5 times a week and they have held up really well.
