HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes in any of the following ways: (i) ONLINE: Beginning 12:01 AM (Eastern Time), on 1/17/2025 through 11:59PM (Pacific Time) (as determined on Sponsor's clock) on 2/4/2025 through PUMA.com by providing full name, mailing address and email address. You are responsible for any telephone charges, and normal time rates, if any, charged by your mobile carrier or internet provider; (ii) EMAIL: Beginning 12:01 AM (Eastern Time), on 1/17/2025 through 11:59PM (Pacific Time) (as determined on Sponsor's clock) on 2/4/2025 enter by emailing your full name, mailing address and email address to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]), please include “NBA All Star Weekend Sweepstakes” as the subject line of the email; or (iii) MAIL-IN: Enter by mail by hand printing your full name, mailing address and email address on a 3 x 5-in. piece of paper and mail it, in an envelope to: NBA All Star Weekend Sweepstakes, PUMA North America, Inc., 455 Grand Union Blvd., Somerville, MA 02145. Mail-in entries must be postmarked 1/30/2025 and received by 2/4/2025 Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, will not be eligible. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding New York, Rhode Island and Florida), 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of Sponsor(s), their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules which shall be final in all respects. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: ONE (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will receive: Two (2) Lower-Level Corner tickets to Castrol Rising Stars, State Farm All-Star Saturday Night & NBA All Star Game (ARV $25,198), a three (3) night stay in a San Francisco Hotel (ARV $1,500), $1,000 Travel Stipend, and pair of PUMA MB.04s.

TOTAL ARV for all Prizes: $27,969.69

Winner and Winner’s guest must both be 21 years of age. Sponsor will not replace any lost, destroyed, or stolen tickets. Sponsor is not responsible if event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which case that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All other trip-related costs, expenses and taxes not explicitly listed as included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the Winners. The prize does not include ground transportation, other expenses, incidental travel costs, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, or facility charges. Prize(s) may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Footwear and apparel prizes subject to availability. Actual value of the prize may depend on market demand fluctuations and promotional offers. The prize is not assignable and shall not be substituted for any other prize. Winner and Winner’s guest are subject to all hotel guest terms and conditions. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip.Sponsor is not responsible for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight or trip cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the Winner and/or his/her guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport or government authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any prize that is not redeemed or is forfeited.

WINNER SELECTION: On or about February 7, 2025 One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The potential Winner will be contacted by email within approximately one (1) day after the drawing date and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, IRS W9 form, and Release of Liability/Publicity within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Prize notifications or prizes returned as undeliverable, failure to respond to Sponsor and/or fulfillment agency attempts to contact the potential Winner within forty-eight (48) hours of notification will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner being selected randomly from all remaining eligible entries. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If these Rules differ from any promotional or other materials published in connection with the Sweepstakes, these Rules shall control.

CONDITIONS: The Prizes are non-transferable. If the prizes are unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No cash equivalent and no substitution will be made except as expressly provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Sweepstakes Rules if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion. By participating, where allowable by law, entrant grants to Sponsor the worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use, in any media, including the World Wide Web, participant’s entry, full name, email address, gender, birthday, zip code, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes without additional compensation, and entrant consents to such use. Winners or winner’s guardian may be required, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within forty-eight (48) hours of the issuance of such documents or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you (and if you are a minor, your parents or legal guardians) accept all risk and consequences of entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, and agree to release and hold Sponsor(s), its/ their officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, agents and partners harmless from any and all consequences, liability, losses, damages (including without limitation, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or increased damages and those related to personal injury, death or damage to property) and costs and expenses, of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or related to this Sweepstakes, including but limited to your entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance and/or use (or misuse) of any prize, printing errors, any claims based upon rights of publicity and invasion of privacy. Entrant shall indemnify Sponsor, its/ their officers, directors, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, agents, employees and partners from and against all claims or suits and any damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to entrant’s violation or inaccuracy of any warrantees or representations made relating to this Sweepstakes.

GENERAL: Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or omitted entry information, or any combination thereof, printing errors, or late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mechanically reproduced, illegible or postage-due entries or mail, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct, technical failures, or any error destroys the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined solely by Sponsor. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law. In the event a Winner entered via the Internet and a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive the prize, such entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address making the submission. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or from accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes. Proof of entry is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. RELEASE: Acceptance of any prize shall constitute (i) a release of the Sponsor and its agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, Sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes, (ii) an agreement to be bound by these Rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation of these Rules, and (iii) winner's consent to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, without regard to any choice of law principles. Entrant hereby agrees and irrevocably consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and of the United States of America located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, for any and all claims arising from or related to this Agreement. Entrant agrees that all claims relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. These Rules set forth the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating thereto, whether oral or written. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived.You acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”

TAX INFORMATION: The value of a prize may be taxable as income to a prize winner. Prize Winners are solely responsible, at their own costs, for all matters relating to the Prize, including but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner to seek independent counsel regarding tax implications.

PERMISSION TO PUBLISH. Except where prohibited, entrants grant Sponsor permission to publish his/her name, town/city and state of residency on their websites or promotional materials in the event of winning. Entrants also grant permission to release full names on a Winner’s list to individuals requesting a mailed copy of same or as required by any state registration authority.
