Poor fit, small is like a medium

I wanted to like this t-shirt. I've bought many Puma shirts from stores and they've always fit well. This is the first time I ordered straight off puma.com; for all 3 items I ordered (2 tees and 1 hoodie) the fit is just not there esp given that I ordered mens small sizing (minimum possible) for all 3. No further comment, just super confusing as to why a small has to be so wide, "baggy" and kinda loose fitting. Disappointed with both the t-shirts and hoodie.
I generally love puma products but…
