The upper is comfortable, true to size, the midsole is soft enough and firm enough for daily runs and long runs. Have about 30 miles on this shoes and I was comparing them with the Novablast 4 and I honestly prefer the velocity nitro 3. My favorite training shoes had been the Boston 12 and this ones might be just as enjoyable. Worth the price.
