Terrible customer service. Ordered two pairs of kids shoes which were in stock. Made payment and order processed. After 3 weeks of no delivery update, reached out to customer support. Was told that I would have to wait 45 days, until I may submit a claim if not received. Shoes were a birthday present, A present which will never be received or received a month late.
