Great product! Terrible delivery service!
Love my Pumas! Very comfortable for the price! You can't beat the price especially when Puma runs a special discount. The only beef I had with this last delivery was the delivery service. Now I understand this is not Pumas fault, but FedEx had my second package of two for several days which made the second half of my delivery very late. I believe I received the first part of my order within 5 or 6 days and the other half was delivered almost two weeks after I placed it. I talked with a Puma customer service representative and she was very nice and did say they were having issues with FedEx at the Indianapolis site. I do believe that was the location my shoes were held up for days. Puma, thank you as ive ordered several pairs of shoes from you and love all of them! My suggestion to you is to try out a different delivery service as it hurts your image even tho you have no control over that. I'm just thankful I wasn't waiting for the shoes to be a gift for someone. Other than that your product gets a five star rating. If I had to rate the delivery service, they'd get one star as the first part of my order was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. And, this wasn't my first order with Puma.
