Straight from our archives, it's the PUMA Palermo. This classic terrace shoe debuted in the 80's and now, we've brought it back for the fans, revitalized as the Palermo Moda. With its signature T-toe construction and classic gum sole, this youth version features a soft grain leather base, a synthetic PUMA Formstrip, and suede overlays.

I tend to buy big kids shoes because they’re usually less expensive. I’m 5.5 In women’s puma shoes and a 4.5 fits good in big kids.
I love it. OK yeah I bought it in BIG Kids 6.5 so what! It fits just as great as womens 8 or mens 6.5. That's why I love the Puma brand. The size choices are great! It is so comfortable, different feel from the Rider. The Palermo is flat, not chunky...does not have the sneaker feel. I wonder if they can be made without laces though...hmm.
