Love them. Very comfortable. They help with my balance when I’m doing weight training. I love the design of the sneaker.
I bought these a few weeks ago for weight training. I’ve always just worn running shoes, but these make a huge difference. I love them. I usually wear an 8/8.5 and went with the 8.5. They fit great.
I bought these shoes after my feet kept on slipping during squats and lunges at CrossFit with my lululemon trainers. I googled best weightlifting shoes and these came up. I PR'd my 5RM backsquat with the Fuse 3.0's. My heels felt very stable -- no movement at all. Reviews said they run a 1/2 size small, so I bought 7's (normally 6.5). The shoe does feel a bit too long, but the width is just right so after debating whether or not I should exchange, I decided to keep these. I didn't get the colorway I wanted because they were out of my size so I ended up getting the purple/pink ones, but the stability and PR's make it worth it.
