Bad service, no solutions my jersery still processing with 4 weeks ago
The shirt hasn't even arrived at my house, I asked for it for Christmas because it was a gift and it's been more than 4 weeks and nothing that gives me an answer. I have already called on many occasions and they do not give me solutions they only say that they have a delay and the following week arrives and so they have me for all this time. I wanted to cancel the order and they won't let me either because they say that since it hasn't left the factory and it's still processing they can't, so I can't have my refund either. This is the highlight of a brand as important and visible as puma
