Paid Time-off
• Vacation Time: Part time Employees will accrue vacation based on hours worked per week at a rate of .02 vacation hour per one hour worked. Seasonal Employees are not eligible to accrue vacation time.
• Sick Time: Accrue sick time from date of hire at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked; up to 40 hours per year. *Varies slightly based on applicable state laws
• Volunteering: Two Paid Days Off to Participate in Volunteer Work each calendar year.
• Holidays: Eligible for seven (7) paid holidays each calendar year only if the Employee works on the holiday.
