Great shoe! Horrible ordering process
I’ve been buying these shoes for 20yrs, so obviously I love them!
But what I don’t love...is the online ordering from Puma. I’ve tried 3 different times to try to get these shoes in red. I’ve been ready and placed my order within seconds of the drop only for them to be taking outta my cart, or some kind of error and the order not processed. I literally had them in my cart, paid for, money taken outta my account only for some kind of error to happen. I called customer service because I didn’t…
