Excellent product and great communication thru the process
The button up shirt for this collection was sold out by the time i woke up so this was my next best option. Glad to finally see a fun different design for ferrari. great shirt!!
My daughter really wanted one of these shirts. So much so she set her alarm and woke me up at 4:00am to place the order. My order was in and paid for at 4:08 am. I watched for two days while the shirt remained order able thinking that waking up at 4:08 am to order a t-shirt puts me into the insane parent category. <br /><br />Well I got an email 4 days later telling me that, due to an out of stock issue, my order was cancelled. I called customer service who was very nice and could only apologize. I don’t understand the algorithm Puma used to mess this up for us. I’d love an answer though.
