Great colors
Very pretty colors but for me, it ran 1/2 size small. I normally wear a 7 1/2 W and I had to exchange it for an 8. Shipping, on the other hand, was a nightmare. It finally shipped after several days (they had printed a label saying that it had ‘shipped’) and ended up ‘lost’ with Fedex and then USPS and back to Fedex to finally get delivered about 12 days later. Ridiculous.

Lack of Communication
I received the order quickly and without issue. However, the size was too large. Since printing a return label and messaging Puma about a replacement size, I have sent in the shoes that were too large. To date, I have heard nothing from Puma and do not know if I should order a new size or if the correct size will be shipped as a replacement. I'd love to know what will happen next and if I need to order a new pair with the return being refunded, or if I will be given a replacement pair in the correct size.
