The ForeverRUN NITRO™ dawns a new era of support and guidance for all runners, providing the softness of a full NITROFOAM™ midsole without compromising stability. It features the newly developed NITROFOAM™ midsole with two different densities – a softer core with a firmer rim – and an asymmetrical heel counter to hold the foot in place through every stride. The theme also continues on the outsole, with a wider medial rubber segment that stabilises late-stage pronation. In short, it's the perfect blend of support and cushion.

Comfortable
Have had these for about 2 months now and these are my designated medium distance run shoes 5-9 mile runs once to twice a week. They are extremely comfortable and light, the foam absorbs most of the shock and feel like running on a cloud, they are breathable so they dont get too hot. I have been recovering from Plantar Faciitis and these have been able to keep me moving while still providing great support and comfort.

Puma is changing running shoes for the better!
I've given Puma a try since last year, own two pairs of magnify nitro shoes, they are just amazing. Now I decided to get this forever run nitro model a try, outstanding!, cushioning is excellent, shoes are responsive, light, and also very nice!<br />I've gone through many brands over the years, adidas, asics, nike, mizuno, brooks, saucony, this ones are the best ones by far for me!
