I got my usual size in these at first 8.5 and had to return them. I returned them in store and couldn't be refunded entirely, so I was upset about that. <br />But I wanted these so much and sized up to a 9. The 9's fit, but I noticed how narrow the shoes felt and loosened the laces. The laces themselves are smooth and of poor quality (I could see a white glue on both the 8.5 and 9), so they come undone quite easily. I eventually had to change out the laces and the toe box is still more narrow compared to the suede Speedcats. Overall, the suede is the better material as far as comfort and sizing. Don't bother with this material. I wore them out once and got water stains after washing my hands, so this material is gorgeous but not worth it.
