Future anybody else but PUMA customer
If it was an option, I'd leave you negative stars PUMA. I ordered these shirts on April 24th 2026. As of May 9th 2026, they have not even shipped. I have contacted your customer service three times since the initial order. From these three calls, I've been given three different reasons why the order hasn't shipped. On May 8th, ( EST pre 1100am ), I once again reached out to your customer service. This time, I was told that the order couldn't be found but could be re=shipped using the existing order number. So, instead of asking for a refund, I agreed to have the order re-shipped. I was told, an additional email with my new order tracking information should be in my "inbox" by end of business May 8th. Its may 9th, guess what isn't in my inbox. Guess I'll just go ahead and get that refund started May 11th.
