This is my first training shoe. I wasn't sure the difference between a trainer & a walking/ fitness shoe until I saw these. It was apparent they would give me stability in squats & lunges with the completely flat heel. And for the price how could I lose? I love them. They give more stability during weight lifting and they've got swag!
Great shoe! I have been looking for a narrow, lower profile shoe and finally found it. This shoe has all the 'crossfit' features and seem to be durable enough. They have more flexibility than other trainers I've had, making short runs manageable and still stable enough to lift.<br />They do run a small, but ordered a half size bigger as recommended and they fit great.
Love them. Very comfortable. They help with my balance when I’m doing weight training. I love the design of the sneaker.
