Customer service is no help at all.
If there was an option to have negative stars for service this would be it. I order the cleat in advance so my daughter would have them for tryouts. The cleats shipped and was on track to being dilervered. I kept track of the shipment and for some odd reason the cleats were rerouted back to shipper and the notes stated the address was bad. As such, I reviewed my order and everything was correct. I emailed puma customer service and explained the situation. Puma sends me an email two days after informing me that they had contacted the shipping company (FedEx) and that my order would be shipped to me. Come to find out it was returned to the PUMA where house. I called the customer help desk as the emails were no help. The rep stated that there was nothing they could do and that I just needed to reorder. I asked what I should do if this happens again and I was not given an answer.
