The boot has a full rugged rubber outsole.

Great comfy boots for active kids
My son loves these boots and won't wear any other now. They are quick to put on, he can run around in them and they keep his feet warm so far. He has been wearing them October and November. He hasn't destroyed them yet as he plays soccer outside everyday at school.
