In the 2000s, performance shoes sought new ways to maximize energy. In running, that meant new takes on material play and thick soles, including the PUMA Inhale. It featured exaggerated contours and curves on its upper, inspired by the proper breathing needed to excel at and maximize performance. The newest member to the inhale family features a textile and synthetic leather base and embossed metallic detailing.
