This was my first time shopping online at Puma, and it will likely be my last. I was looking for soccer shoes for my son and found a pair at 50% off, so I decided to buy two pairs along with a few items for myself to qualify for free shipping. After a week of no shipping confirmation, I received an email stating that the soccer shoes were out of stock and had been removed from my order—despite being the main reason I shopped in the first place. <br /><br />I contacted customer service, but they couldn’t explain why it took a week to check their inventory. I requested to cancel the entire order since I didn’t want the remaining items without the shoes. A few days later, I got another email saying that yet another item from my order was unavailable and had been removed.<br /><br />After two weeks, I finally received one item—the one I wanted the least. While I usually love Puma and own many of their products, this experience was highly disappointing and made me question their organization.
