Love these shoes, perfectly comfortable, and beautiful style. The perfect balance of fashion and performance. However please andvise customers that these are a narrow fit. I had to up my normal sneaker size of 11 1/2 to a size 12 for these.

I was desperately waiting for this review email.<br />Now come to the point<br />I received this pair of shoes on Tuesday 22nd of September 2026 was very excited to have it, but unfortunately, my excitement didn’t last long. when I tried that shoes in my feet. I realize that is not my size when I check the size. It wasn’t what I have ordered. I ordered size 8, but I received size 7. I have dialed your customer service number which was mentioned on order confirmation email and one gentleman answer the call and I explained him the situation but he didn’t understand what I said. He was keep telling me that size 8 is equal to women size 7, so it’s the same size but it’s just the matter of the number I was keep telling him that it doesn’t fit on me. I don’t care if it’s size 7 for women or for men I ordered size 8 I received size 7, which is not fit for me, but he was keep telling the same thing again and again, and after 11 minutes conversation, he put me on hold to check something with his senior, and after few seconds call got disconnected. I was waiting for the call back, but no one called me back. I clearly told him that I’m flying next day, since it’s not my fault you guys have to compensate me. either You can just deliver my size with expedite delivery or tell me if you have any location near Toronto area where I can go and exchange by myself but he was keep telling me that he cannot help me out, I have only one option which is return this product. I told him many times that I don’t want to return this item because I was waiting for this item very long time almost 3 to 4 months I have checked all nearby puma locations, but I couldn’t found there. even I was checking online from the same time of period but I didn’t found my size so this time I got size 8 online but when I ordered, I received the wrong size.<br />I don’t know where this email will reach and what would be the outcome but I’m hoping to hear back from Puma
