The product is a basketball that has not been used yet because it is a gift to my son. It feels and looks great. I have owned three NBA balls over the years and have worn two of them out playing so I know what a good leather ball should be like. My only proble was that when I ordered it I had to choose a size 6 or 7. No mention of how big a size 7 ball is or weather it is a men's or womens ball. When I called customer service to make sure I got the right size, I was told that there was no way to tell what size a 6 is or a 7. The customer service rep said she could google and maybe that would tell me. What ? That is rediculous. The add for the product should have at least said how big a size 6 ball and a size 7 ball is in mm or that a 6 is used for womens and a 7 is used by men. I am glad I got the right size but it was a guess at the time of order and I hate returning things
I love trying new Puma products, but this basketball does not hit the mark. This basketball feels a little heavy, and isn’t nearly as soft as The Rock or Wilson Evolution basketball. I might use it as an outdoor basketball, but I cannot believe the $60 price tag. At $35 this might be worth it for some, but at the price I would not recommend it.
