I recently purchased a Puma hoodie during their Black Friday sale along with some other stuff. The hoodie itself is fine—comfortable and of decent quality. However, the shopping experience was disappointing.<br />The marketing around the Black Friday discount felt very misleading. They created a sense of urgency that rushed me into making the purchase, only for me to realize later that the deal wasn’t as great as it seemed and it cost even less after Black Friday. To make matters worse, I sent them an email about this issue, and they completely ignored it. It left a bad taste in my mouth, as I expected better transparency from such a reputable brand.<br />I’ll think twice before shopping during their sales again. It’s frustrating to feel deceived, even when the product is good.
