Our #1 priority is getting your order to you as quick as possible, without sacrificing quality and accuracy. As soon as you place your order, we send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process, depending on what time you place your order. We do not offer weekend shipping, so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are not processed until early the following week.

For Standard Ground shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Your order will arrive 5-7 business days after purchase. Our warehouse does not operate over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until early the following week, excluding holidays.
For Expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Your order will arrive 2 business days after processing. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the same day or the following Monday, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday or Tuesday the following week, excluding holidays.
For overnight or 1 day shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered. Orders placed before 2 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST Monday through Thursday will be processed the following day and arrive 1 business day later. Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and arrive the following business day.
Direct Signature Required
To ensure the safe delivery of your packages, PUMA may require a signature at the time of delivery for larger orders or higher priced items. Once you place your order, we will let you know our estimated delivery date and if your signature will be required. Deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient, so we will accept signature from anyone at the residential or business delivery address. Unfortunately, we will not accept signatures or requests for change of address on the delivery door tag, but if we miss you the first time, the carrier will attempt delivery two more times.
