Occasionally we may have to cancel an order or product due to processing reasons. If so, you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for canceled products.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. PUMA ships from multiple warehouses which can result in split shipments; therefore, you may receive more than one email. If your order contained more than one item, keep an eye on your email inbox for additional updates. If you created a Puma Online Store account, you can also check the status of your order by accessing your Account
In addition to our standard shipping service, we offer the following rush services:
2 Day or Overnight
For 2 Day service, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to ship. Order will arrive 2-3 business days after your purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed same day or next business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day, excluding holidays.
For Overnight service, orders placed by 2 pm ET Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm ET and over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day, excluding holidays.
