For any order placed between October 15, 2018 and December 25, 2018, we will gladly accept your return in its original, unused condition as late as January 31, 2019. Return Exceptions: PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, customized and personalized products. Custom product orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects, in which case you may contact customer service via phone or email for assistance.

Don't worry! If the price of an item at the PUMA Online Store is lowered within 14 days of the date of purchase, we will honor the new price and credit your account the difference.
