We are happy to offer free returns within 45 days of purchase. You may return any PUMA products in their original, unused condition for a full refund. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label with a tracking number for all returns made within the US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

You may return any PUMA merchandise purchased on our US or Canadian site to any of our PUMA stores in the US or Canada. To do so, you will need to bring your original packing slip to confirm your order as well as the original form of payment to be credited.
Purchases made by debit or credit card will be credited back to the original card. If you paid with a PUMA Gift Card or through PayPal, then a separate PUMA Gift Card will be issued for the amount of the return.
Please note that online returns generally take 2-4 weeks to process.
PUMA does not accept returns on bodywear, customized products, and gift cards. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service.
PUMA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns on orders placed from APO/FPO addresses and US Territories. Orders placed from these addresses should mail their return items to:PUMA Returns Department
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but we are working on getting this soon! If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
