Orders placed on puma.com between November 25th, 2020 and December 25th, 2020 may be returned in their original, unused condition as late as February 28th, 2021. Return Exceptions: PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, customized products and bodywear including face masks. Custom products are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturing or material defects in which case you may contact Customer Service via phone or email for assistance.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You can, however, initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size or color.
