How can I make sure my order arrives by Christmas?

We are committed to making sure your holiday orders arrive on time. To ensure delivery before December 24th, please keep the deadlines below in mind:

  • For Standard Shipping: Place Orders by December 16th
  • For Expedited Shipping: Place Orders by December 20th by 2:00 pm EST
  • For Next Day Shipping: Place orders by December 23rd by 2:00 pm EST
  • For U.S. Territories: Place orders by December 11th

What if I need to return an item?

We've extended our 45 day return window for the holidays. Orders placed on puma.com between October 14, 2019 and December 17th, 2019 may be returned in their original, unused condition as late as January 31, 2020. Orders placed after December 17th will follow our normal return timeframe of 45 days after purchase. To initiate your FREE return, click HERE.

Return Exceptions: PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, customized and personalized products. Custom product orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects, in which case you may contact customer service via phone or email for assistance.


How can I make an exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You can, however, initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size or color. For assistance in placing a new order, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-565-PUMA (7862). We are happy to offer free returns and free standard shipping on your replacement order for all orders placed on puma.com


Can I purchase a gift card online?

Give the best gift of all- free PUMA shopping money! You can purchase an E-Gift Card (find it HERE) that can be redeemed online or at any participating PUMA Store. You may choose any dollar amount between $10 and $500 for PUMA E-Gift Cards. For more information on Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards, visit our page.


The gift I bought yesterday is now on sale. Can I return it and get it for the lower price?

No need to return. If a price is lowered within 7 days of your purchase on puma.com, we will honor the new price and credit your account the difference. To get your credit, please email customerservice@puma.com with your name, address, item number, and order number. Happy holidays!
