Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Operator of the PUMA Online Shop and the Validity of these General Terms and Conditions
The PUMA Online Shop is operated by Limited Liability Company “PUMA-RUS” (OGRN 1037739062240).
These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”), which set up conditions of sale by the Web-site, regulate relations between Customer and Seller (as defined below) when sale of products by the remote method as well as when rendering service in connection with such sale. Only these T&C apply to the sale of Merchandise by us. Any other terms and conditions will only apply if they have been accepted by us. Definitions which are used in these T&C have the following meaning:
a. “Customer” – individual who has an intent to order or to purchase or the person who orders, purchases or uses products for personal, family, home and other purposes which are not connected with the entrepreneurial business.
b. “Seller” – Limited Liability Company “PUMA-RUS” (OGRN 1037739062240, 16А Leningrandsky prospect, bld.1, 125171, Moscow, Russian Federation), operator of PUMA Online Shop;
c. “Merchandise” – footwear, apparel and accessories which are offered in PUMA Online Shop;
d. “Web-site” – web-site www.ru.puma.com, where PUMA Online Shop is maintained.
These T&C determine only rules of sale of Merchandise. Customer can get acquainted with Merchandise, which is offered on the Web-site, their main consumer characteristics, place of manufacture, price, shelf life, conditions of purchase and delivery at the moment of making a purchase order.
We sell Merchandise solely to end users and only in normal household volumes.
§ 2 Contract Closure
2.1 Purchase Order
The presentation of our Merchandise invites you to submit a purchase order. Information which is presented on the Web-site is a presentation of the range of the Merchandises. The fact of making a purchase order at the Web-site means Customer’s consent with this T&C and our conditions of sale of products and shall constitute Customer’s offer to us to enter into sale and purchase agreement of the Merchandise. Clicking the "Send order" button in the last stage of the ordering process issues an order binding for Customer for the products you have placed in the shopping basket.
An order that is binding for you comes into its effect when all of your data necessary to complete the contract has been entered, you have confirmed acceptance of these T&C and you have clicked the "Send order" button. Up until the moment you click this button, you can change your order and the data associated with your order at any time.
2.1 Confirmation of the Purchase Order
As soon as your order has been received by us, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email if the products are available or information about non-availability of ordered items. This confirmation does not represent a binding purchase contract and shall be considered a counter-offer to the Customer to enter into sale and purchase agreement of the Merchandise in assortment, quantity and price specified therein. After verification of availability of the items under the Order by the Seller and sending the Customer the Order confirmation, Customer will be required to proceed with the payment of the Order, as specified in the section 5 hereof within the terms indicated in the Order confirmation.
By executing the payment in accordance with section 5 hereof the Customer accepts our offer under the conditions stipulated in the Order confirmation.
If one or more of the items you have ordered are sold out at the time of ordering, we will not be able to execute your order. We will inform you on availability of the ordered items as soon as possible, but in any case not later than 72 hours since sending the Order.
Purchase contract is deemed to be entered into in due form from the moment of the payment of the Order by the Customer.
We currently offer online sales in the Russian Federation.
§ 3 Order Volume
We sell Merchandise solely to Customers and only in normal household volumes and reserve our right to refuse in considering a purchase order (or different purchase orders of one Customer) if the amount of respective order(s) exceeds RUR 15 000.
§ 4 Delivery and Delivery Charges
In the accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation Seller organizes delivery to Customer. The delivery of the ordered Merchandise will be made to the delivery address specified by the Customer in the Order.
Delivery of products is done by courier services. It is possible to check cost of delivery in FAQ section.
In case the goods were not handed over to the Customer through his/her fault, subsequent delivery shall be effected within new periods to be agreed with us. Delivery costs will be charged repeatedly.
§ 5 Payment
All prices specified for merchandise in the Online Shop are indicated in rubles, already contain the relevant valid VAT and do not include cost of delivery.
You can choose from a number of different payment types:
- Paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Web-money (via Moneta, Qiwi, Webmoney or Yandex Money)
- Paying by cash to the courier upon Delivery.
Please note that agreements you may have with your credit institute or other institutions may result in additional costs for electronic transfers, holding an account, etc.
We reserve the right to limit the use of the payment methods named above to one or more of the options listed.
§ 6 Retention of Title
Merchandise remains our property until the moment of full payment for the order by Customer.
§ 7 Cancellation policy
7.1 Cancellation rights
You can cancel your contract and refuse of Merchandise without any reason at any moment before delivery and within 7 (seven) days after the delivery.
Return of Merchandise of proper quality is possible if their marketable condition, consumer characteristics and the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of products are saved.

7.2 Consequences of cancellation
If you are not able to return the received goods or benefits (e.g. advantages of use) or only able to return these in a deteriorated condition, you must offer us compensation.
§ 8 Returns
We strongly advise you to use Russian Post for returning (you are not legally obligated to comply with this method). Independently of the return method chosen be the customer, all return costs associated will be borne by the customer.

§ 9 Guarantee
Your legal guarantee claim period is 2 years and starts with receipt of the Merchandise. During this time, we will eliminate all faults that fall under the legal guarantee obligation.
§ 11 Applicable law and settlement of disputes
Law of the Russian Federation applies hereto.
Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall if possible be settled by negotiations in good faith between Seller and Customer.
