Great products, user friendly site, slow processing I have been a fan of Puma for years. This was my first time ordering from the website and it was so easy to use. The products continue to be great comfort and quality. However, after I placed my order and payed with PayPal, it took about a week for them to actually withdraw the funds and process the order. Plenty of other companies manage to process orders MUCH quicker, so I guess I expected more. Hopefully this is something that can improve in the future. November 6, 2015
