How can I make sure my order arrives in time for Christmas?

PUMA is committed to making sure your holiday gift arrives on time. Therefore, to ensure delivery on or before December 24th, please keep the deadlines below in mind.

·         Standard / 3-Business Day Shipping: Place orders by December 21st
·         2-Business Day Shipping: Place orders by December 22nd
·         1-Business Day Shipping: Place orders by Decemberr 23rd
·         U.S. Territories: Place orders by December 11th

Will I have a problem returning an item?

We have the holiday spirit and wish to extend our 30 day return policy. For any order placed between October 15, 2015 and December 25, 2015, we will gladly accept your return in its original, unused condition as late as January 31, 2016. (That's with no additional cost to you.)

Return Exceptions: PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, customized and personalized products. Custom product orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects, in which case you may contact customer service via phone or email for assistance..

What if I have to exchange an item?

We do not perform exchanges at this time – but we've got you covered. For assistance in placing a new order for a different size or color, please contact our 24-hour customer service line at 1-888-565-PUMA (-7862). We are happy to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on your replacement order. (And, yes, returns are always free.)

Help! I can't decide what to buy for my best friend/favorite coworker/cool uncle/holiday gift swap.

What if I buy an item today that goes on sale tomorrow? Will I lose out?

Don't worry! If the price of an item at the PUMA Online Store is lowered within 14 days of the date of purchase, we will honor the new price and credit your account the difference. To obtain a credit, please email with your name, address, item number, and order number. Happy holidays!
